The issue isn't a partisan one.

It's about whether the message can be considered vulgar, or innuendo for vulgarity.

Look at the speech that led to the 7-2 ruling. It was even less directly vulgar.

Public schools need uniforms. If you don't have freedom of expression in public schools, why not simplify things?
