Likely Democrat nominee Joe Biden is expected to announce his vice presidential running mate any day now, and most voters think it’s likely that person will be president within the next four years if Biden is elected in November.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 59% of Likely U.S. Voters believe it’s likely Biden’s running mate will be president before the end of Biden’s four-year term if he wins this fall, with 39% who say it’s Very Likely. Thirty-five percent (35%) consider it unlikely that Biden’s vice presidential choice will be president before his four-year term ends, but that includes only 14% who think it’s Not At All Likely. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Even 49% of Democrats think it’s likely Biden’s vice president will become president in the next four years, although that compares to 73% of Republicans and 57% of voters not affiliated with either major party.

What percentage actually thinks he will be the Democrat candidate when it comes time to vote?

As nice as it is to have Trump in office right now, this country desperately needs a maximum age cap to serve in elected public office. Both chambers of Congress are old as shite and so are both Presidential candidates and we are left with what we have right now. I can appreciate older people having knowledge and experience to draw on but we need to accept that 70 year olds probably arent the best to navigate the modern world.

Hell he can’t make it 6 months. It’s actually a shame his family is allowing this to happen.

Biden is, and always has been (relative to this election) a Trojan Horse to get behind the White House gates. The DNC understands most, if not all of the radical loons they REALLY want to be in the White House don't have great national appeal. The hope has long been that Biden is "likable" in the Big 10/union states to beat Trump. After that, he's completely disposable. Either he resigns due to health concerns or he is simply just a figure head with absolutely no real decision making authority whatsoever.

If you are a Democrat and just want to get your agenda in to the office of the president. Fine. But if you are voting FOR Joe Biden just know you aren't getting HIM as the president.

The fricking senile idiot isn’t going to start a term when he loses the election, so how could he finish a term?
