you’ll care about them when they are on the streets breaking laws or doing drugs though. Education of children is a positive for society, abandoning the bottom 10-20% is going to be bad for everyone
That’s not my fault and that’s not my children’s fault.
It’s not as if we’re doing a bang up job of that right now, crime is out of control, and it’s not because teachers aren’t giving effort. It’s because black parents have zero care in the world about raising their children, and as this failed experiment has shown us over and over again, pandering to these kids does not work, it only exacerbates the problem.
A functioning society has consequences. Remove consequences and criminality runs rampant.
LBJ did an amazing job successfully bringing America to it’s knees by destroying the nuclear family and Obama rammed it home by patronizing conservatives and teaching an entire subset of society to believe the lie that they are a victim and everything is always someone else’s fault.
frick. Those. Kids.

So 52% of schools have eliminated their students from consideration by any serious academic institution. Except for ACT/SATs, there will be no objective way to determine ability.

I've seen very well educated people who have no ambition or work ethic, and I've seen uneducated people who are willing to work their asses off to earn a buck.
But they are the exceptions, not the rule.

Nobody said it was your fault, I’m saying it drags all of us down as a society. You or your children may have to interact with the people who get abandoned at some point, they will also use up government resources and hurt otherwise contributing citizens.
I agree that keeping those kids in school to drag everyone down isn’t working, but I’m just wondering what the solution is. I don’t think it’s just kicking a 10yr old out of school altogether

So, dumb down the scale to accommodate the slackers, retards, blacks, and kids whose parents are absent in their academic endeavors?
