Trump did not trick anyone. Trump has been very consistent that Iran could never have a nuke. He said it on the campaign trail. What did you think he meant when he said that. Trump always prefers a deal to any kind of war or military action. He tried. Many past American Presidents have tried. Would you prefer he sent Iran a strongly worded letter? If a deal can’t be negotiated then force is the only option left to keep Iran from getting a nuke. Grow up!! It’s not like he jumped out of bed and called up Hegseth saying let’s bomb Iran today. I’m sure Joe or Kamala could do a whole lot better than Trump couldn’t they?

To be credible in diplomacy the other side has to believe you are willing to strike if need be. After years of Obama’s red line and Biden’s weakness, Iran evidently didn’t think Trump would do what he said he would do. They were wrong.

Trump has been the most honest politician of our lifetime. If he says he will do something then it gets done a lot of the time. No tax on tips, overtime, or SS is good example.
I just can’t understand how people can feel tricked, misled, or lied too. Trump has said many times Iran can’t have a nuke. He tried to negotiate. When the other side tells our negotiators that they feel like they have an inalienable right to enrich uranium and they have enough material to make 11 bombs then we have moved passed the negotiating phase and moved into the act or don’t act phase. He has always been pretty consistent on Iran can’t have a nuke. That told you where the man stood once negotiating failed. I just can’t see how Trump lied or misled anyone.

I support Trump finishing the job. As long as they arent going door to door kicking in doors. It will be fine. We are so close to a true victory in Iran. It would be huge L if we couldn't seal the deal because the American public wants to get their panties in a twist. A victory in Iran to me would be having a friendly Government towards the U.S. and control over the Straight of Hormuz.
