No doubt. It was a tremendous success for recruiting soldiers to apply for PSYOP assessments. More than half of all recruits applying for these positions following the release of that video cited the video as being what drove them to pursue PSYOP careers.

I know nothing about this group. Asking an honest question. Their job directives are very similar to CIA type work and their pulling “marketing” coincides with NGO cash drying up. Enlighten me on who this group is.

It's not really CIA shite that they pull. It's not really espionage or covert actions that they carry out. They're responsible for planning and executing influence campaigns in support of US military and national objectives.
Their official mission reads as follows:
Train, equip, validate, and, when ordered, deploy forces to Combatant Commanders, Joint Special Operations Forces, U.S. Ambassadors, and other government agencies to plan, synchronize, and execute information-related capabilities across the full range of military operations
They're a USSOCOM unit. They aren't paid with NGO cash.
Their official mission reads as follows:
