The fact that they use the word pride and then talk about awareness and celebrated as much as they do suggest to me that they know their lifestyle is perverted and wrong and they are trying to convince themselves as a community that they are normal and that their lifestyles are normal and they're trying to convince the rest of us as well.

It's A-war with straight supremacy

It's so fricking annoying that 2-3% of the population controls so much of our time. We get it your gay and you love it. Most people don't care and are ok with it. Just live your life without throwing it in everyone's face 24/7.

As someone who grew up in a fundamentally English culture, it’s something of an anathema.

Pride month is not very hetero inclusive, excludes 95% of the population. Needs to be changed to "What I like to do with my junk month"

Give them ?? percent to dull it down. Then they get what they want, normalcy and acceptance. No need for parades and pageantry. Smaller celebrations and less fanfare. Everything goes back to normal!

Asexual Awareness Week sounds so sad

There can’t be anything worse than having no sexual desire whatsoever.

Maybe your calendar looks like that but mine doesn’t have any of that garbage. Maybe you should use a normal one?

Care to expand on what each of those are?

Groups setting up websites and declaring an awareness day or week....mostly nothing "official".
