Do Trump followers not realize how idiotic they sound with the RINO rhetoric? The true RINO is the guy you worship. A lifetime pro choice democrat who realized that he could never win the democratic nomination so he went to the other party because they would be gullible enough to swallow his crap.

Not my job to provide evidence.
True. It's not even your job to base your opinion on evidence if you don't want to, though that is a reasonable expectation.
Put it this way; If I hit you with a verbatim recitation of the defense's case in a way that implies it is stipulated fact, would you expect some support or evidence?

B) Did Trump believe the election was stolen?
No he doesnt, he was told many times by his adivser that there was no election fraud. This is just an excuse because he lost and wants more of your money.
quote:
Former President Donald Trump signed legal documents challenging the results of the 2020 election that included voter fraud claims he knew to be false, a federal judge said in a ruling Wednesday. "The emails show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public," the judge wrote.

verbatim recitation
I have been saying these things for over two years so I didn’t need to repeat anything verbatim. If there is any verbatim it’s Smith quoting me.

A) In the scenario, an election was either stolen or rigged (let's just say it was), how should a canidate attempt to adjudicate or correct this? Not say anything at all? Republican or Democrat, what is the proper process for challenging an election if it was indeed fraudulent? (Again, just pretend it was even if you don't think it was)
Court cases. WIth proof. Lacking proof, you're going to lose all of your court cases (as Trump did). Wishcasting isn't fact.

B) Did Trump believe the election was stolen? This seems pretty important, if he "believes" it was stolen, then shouldn't we say all the principles for point A should apply to point B. (Whether he was right or wrong, if that is his belief)
Inarguably he knew that he lost the election. He is on the record stating that he lost, and that things should be left for "the next guy". But he couldn't turn off the money spigot and he thought Pence would help him throw a coup, so he kept lying about it publicly.

C) How does Jack Smith prove what Trump was thinking? What level if burden of proof would he need to show to say Trump was lying intentionally with the direct purpose of defrauding or inciting a riot?
He doesn't need to, but he can show that he was told by almost all of his attorneys / staff that the election was lost, and that he admitted as much. That's enough to get an easy conviction for Trump (which is what is coming).

Trump only
Personally filed 3 and won 2. Are you ignorant on all matters, or just legal ones?

He asked Pence to not certify. Seems like exactly the kind of thing someone who though the election was stolen would do.
Game. Set. Match.

And none of those others were filed at his direction or on his behalf. I have a bridge to sell you, chump.

They want their point of view to be the basis of law. ryan moved the tea party movement bill to senate for a vote to repeal and replace and Republican senators refused to go on record. no up down vote.
the tea party bill failed.
the idealistic ideas failed. Ryan bill no insurance coverage on 22 to 25 kids.
no pre existing disease coverages. not even a vote.
mexico farted in his general direction.
trumps term includes no bill worth discussing.
tax cut for rich and companies. trillions more debt.
he whined when biden Pelosi passed the infrastructure bill. why didnt we do an infrastructure bill? i wanted one you know.

Sounds like someone so power hungry he would do anything he could to stay in power.

Hell yeah!

Perhaps, but that’s not because of the tax cuts.
