I'm not so sure. The popular meme going around is the arrest record for someone (not going to even attempt to spell that dude's name from memory ) that is 43. The guy that got shot is 36.

I think people are confusing two people with the same name even though the one whose arm was almost shot off does appear to have been arrested for drug possession at 19 (the booking picture is clearly a younger version).

The most important question (assuming he is a felon):

Is he going to be charged with illegal possession of a firearm... since the local DA is so concerned about crime at the "protests" and all...
