This was an incredible night. If anything this convention has not only showcased Trump, it has showcased the new Republican Party. This is a party of opportunity for all, regardless of your skin color, sexual orientation, physical or mental disabilities, or past. If you love your country, your fellow man, and desire for a free exchange of ideas then you have a seat at our table. This is truly the party of Lincoln and Reagan.
This is not the party of Bush or Romney. This is a party that puts everyday Americans first, not big corporations or warhawks.

You are so right and it has really hit me during this convention!
I grew up a Republican and without revealing my true age, I will say the first time I voted was for President Reagan. Since Reagan, I have gotten use to the party of the Bushes, McClain, Romney, and the like, it was just the way it was, there was no real Republican candidate that got your blood rushing like Reagan.
But, as I have been watching the convention, it hit me this is the new party, the better party, the old guard is dead! RIP
Ronald Reagan was different from the old guard and will always be one of my favorite Presidents ever, Trump reminds me so much of him, especially in the way he has made us proud to be Americans!
Ronny reached out to middle America, the working class, the Moms raising their children, the military men and women, the police, and people who were tired of Americans hating America during the 70's and Jimmy Carter's Presidency.
I am so proud to be a Republican and to support Trump!!
