You're right. Having two, caring parents makes for better outcomes. Too bad liberal policies destroyed this ideal, especially for minorities.

It’s a sad state of affairs. A lot of people I work with grew up on the south side. Their former neighborhoods, which were just regular work class areas a few decades ago, are now full blown war zones.
