During an immigration-enforcement operation in Portland, Oregon, U.S. Border Patrol/CBP agents shot a husband and wife after an encounter in which the couple’s vehicle allegedly nearly struck (or “almost ran over”) the agents. [1][2] The shooting happened near East Burnside Street and 141st Avenue, and federal authorities (including the FBI) responded afterward. [1][3]
A 911/dispatch log circulating on social media purportedly reflects the Border Patrol request for police/medical assistance and includes the claim about the near-vehicle strike, along with additional details about the subjects and their movements after the incident. [2] Anti-ICE accounts also allege a 911 dispatcher directly shared or “leaked” information about the call to them, and they are amplifying those screenshots while acknowledging that even if the information is technically public, redistributing it can create risk. [2]

Another ICE-involved shooting — this time in Southeast Portland.
Two people were shot this afternoon near Portland Adventist, behind the Home Depot. The call came in around 2:55 PM.
Early information suggests a vehicle-related assault. Victims are believed to be a man and a woman; injuries and conditions have not been officially confirmed.
I am told the woman was allegedly shot in the chest and the man in the arm.
Authorities reportedly located the vehicle near 146th & Burnside.
