None of those quotes exhibit anything you mention. You are misrepresenting some by ignoring context. Others, you just have a problem with biblical principles. Some, like the Islam and democrat quotes, you just refuse to accept the truth.
The only quote that is "wrong" is the one about retirement. That's not bigoted, racist, sexist, or repugnant. It's just kinda dumb. It's always the ones who have never done manual labor in their entire lives that think people can and should work until they die.
People like Charlie and Ben Shapiro think every job is as easy as theirs when all they do is talk.
Numbers 8:23-26 declares that Levites were to work from 25 to 50 and then to "retire from their regular service and work no longer." They are to stick around and mentor others, but that can be done while still playing golf.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 says there is a time for everything, a season for every activity under the heavens. That includes work and retirement.
Ecclesiastes 5:18-19 says people should be happy in their toil, but it also says that enjoying the fruits of their labor is a gift of God. It doesn't say to work yourself to death.
1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 says to "make it your ambition to lead a quiet life," not to continually work and put yourself into the thick of things.
It also says to mind your own business, so people like Charlie and Shapiro are not following the Bible when telling others they don't deserve retirement. Then it says to work with your hands, so I'm definitely not listening to people whose entire career is talking when they claim retirement is not biblical.

You just don't like what he said, and since that makes you mad, you lash out by calling him names.
The CEO of United Airlines said of the next 2,000 pilots they hire, 50% will be black or female. That is the prejudiced statement you should be outraged about. You don't have to be in the 2,000 qualified of all pilots, you just have to be in the top 1,000 black or female pilots. Knowing this is the case -- they aren't hiring the most qualified -- any passenger will now have to wonder if this black or female pilot is actually one of the top 2,000 or just one of the less qualified. That isn't bigoted, it's a sound logical response to the bigoted ideology of DEI.
Journalist Karen Attiah tweeted the quote
"Black women don't have the brain capacity..." and attributed it to Charlie Kirk. That was a rhetorical statement in a conversation about the message being sent by DEI. He never made a direct claim like that. Anyone who was watched the full clip understands that.

Close, but not quite. The actual quote, made in 2021, is:
quote:
"Over the next decade, United will train 5,000 pilots who will be guaranteed a job with United, after they complete the requirements of the Aviate program – and our plan is for half of them to be women and people of color," said United CEO Scott Kirby. "We're excited that JPMorgan Chase has agreed to support our work to diversify our pilot ranks and create new opportunities for thousands of women and people of color who want to pursue a career in aviation." LINK
Note the words "after they complete the requirements of the Aviate program"; in other words, they all will be fully trained and qualified. Do you really think United wants unqualified pilots flying their planes?
According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 5.6% of pilots are women, and 6% are people of color. Obviously, there is a lot of unrealized potential there.
Years ago, the NBA and the NFL were entirely white. Then African Americans were allowed to play, and today there is a higher level of play then ever before. No reason to keep otherwise qualified pilots from flying planes.

Line up every kid in school and take the ten fastest runners in the 100 yard dash. If they are all black, so be it, they are the fastest. I would have no problem with that, nor would any rational thinking person. Flip it to test scores and job performance and if the top ten are white, DEI must intervene and replace 5 of those with someone else who didn't earn it -- other than having the right anatomy or physical appearance. That's the soft bigotry of low expectations.
