Iirc, the DMV in California is supposed to note on Drivers Licenses that someone is illegal and cannot vote. If that person is “accidentally” given a license without that designation, then they can vote.
So, in essence, the state employee behind the desk is who could (in theory) be allowing illegals to vote (potentially, by the millions).
Is that not the case?
