It's all just semantics. Illegals don't qualify for federal benefits but do qualify in some states for state benefits, which is then reimbursed by the federal government.
There was an attempt by the House to remove the match from the fed but the Senate caved and put it back in.

If those states vanished tomorrow the US would instantly be teleported back to the 1950s. And I mean that in a good way. Would eliminate the majority of the scum.

These are "state funded" medicaid programs. On average "state funded" medicaid funds are made up of about %60 federal funds. Federal funds indirectly pay for it, which is why it's not illegal because you can't really prove it.
For example.
California has 100k for state medicaid in a piggy bank. 60k from fed gov and 40k from state gov.
They go and spend 10k on illegals. STATISTICALLY, 60% of all funds going to illegals are from federal funds. But legally, you can't prove which funds went where. They all come from the same pot.

The Biden regime and his supporters (you) illegally provided "asylum status" to the invaders, thus circumventing other laws to provide the federal benefits that we are paying for.
If they were legal asylum seekers, they should have stopped in Mexico.

You must have me confused with someone else.
I have wanted to see massive reform in the asylum laws for years. The loopholes have been exploited for far too long by human traffickers who game the system. Trump made some good steps with H.R. 1 but I hope they continue to adapt it to the ever-shifting realties.

At this point, I’m more frustrated that apparently all 50 states are paying noncitizens food stamps.
That shite needs to stop. How is this happening? I’m sorry if your purported income from all the taxes you pay is so low that you qualify for food stamps- you are getting food stamps and the EITC and a “refund.” You’re not paying taxes and you’re not a citizen.
