A ridiculous, senseless slaughter caused by a bunch of ridiculous alliances committing nations to go to war. Europe still hasn’t recovered and it probably never will. And it appears that we haven’t learned a thing about alliances.

That war was the opening salvo of a nightmare that continues to this day. Mankind seeks its own extinction by any means necessary. Abortion mills have mostly replaced artillery and machine guns, but the impulse to kill still remains. Man is truly a cursed animal.

Clearly the sacrifices were in vain as we did it all over again just 20 yrs later.
And now we're headed down the same path. Simply because some are so arrogant, so blinded with power and control, they refuse to admit they're wrong or allow people to just live their lives.

A war that should have never been. Also a war that wasn’t finished as it allowed Hitler to claim Germany was never defeated and he blamed the Jews for betraying Germany.

We haven't finished any of our wars since WWI. WWI lead us to WWII. WWII led to the Cold War,complete with Korea, Vietnam, and other skirmishes. The end of the Cold War set us up for conflict in the Middle East, and now Russia wants back what lost.
Next time we need to sweep the leg.
