Do you know how they get to that data point?
The term mass shooter is not one in which 3 or more people who are shot.
If that is in fact the definition, it is much more likely to be African American.
They exclude shooters who shoot people in the process of committing another crime or shooting because of drugs and our gangs.
When you exclude those, meaning you include only those where the shooter doesn't have a reason for the shooting, then they are white.
For the data that says mass springs are overwhelmingly carried out by white shooters, they actually exclude the vast majority of mass shootings.
