ST Draft Project

Last year picking at #15 we were able to do a Top 15 Wanted big board before the draft. It came out like this-

(If you are reviewing, the number is the cumulative average rank. Vaccaro was the 12th most desired out of all players. When #15 came, Jones, Floyd, and Ogletree were the ones left that ST wanted more than Vacccaro.)

This was just a Who You Want not any mocking trying to guess who might be available. To do the same all the way down to #27 would likely not yield good results. We can accomplish the same thing but do it two steps. First, make a list of the first 15 players you believe will be gone in the draft. After processing and making that list we will be able to work on the pool of the next 12 players that could more reasonably be possible at #27.

So just make a list of the First 15 Gone. Last name only will suffice, no order needed.
