So, I'm going to make a confession here. I may or may not torrent movies. And if I did (or didn't) I'd probably feel the least amount of guilt for torrenting a doc over a narrative.

So, uh...I may or may not know where you can get tons of docs.

Check this thread out from some time back. Good stuff in here: LINK

I watched King of Kong, The Bridge, and Jesus Camp.

King of Kong is about the video arcade game and the world record for high score.

The Bridge is about the Golden Gate Bridge, which has the highest amount of suicides annually than any other place on Earth.

Jesus Camp is about brainwashed religious kids who think pretty much everything other than their church is evil.

All 3 were on YouTube, as well.

It's slanted, and if you're an objective guy that knows a little bit about oil it's actually an interesting film on how each side needs to portray their side of the story especially in a foreign country.

Jesus Camp is the best horror movie of the past decade. Scary how brainwashed those kids are.

I love documentaries but for some reason I have no desire to see this film. I've seen the first 20 minutes or so and turned it off. Maybe I just need to force myself to watch the whole thing, seeing as how it gets such love here. But I guess I just don't see how a movie about graffit would be that wonderful.

I watched the beginning of crude (first 30 min) and while informative and what not, I couldn't get into it. A little too educational for me

Check out Pulling John on Netflix. It's about arm wrestling....I know, I thought the same thing at first, but it's a really good documentary.

The latter. It sucked anyway.

I'd second Man on Wire, King of Kong and Exit Through the Gift Shop. Will add the oft mentioned Dear Zachary, Capturing the Friedmans, as well as the under appreciated "Art of the Theft", which is on Netflix streaming. Marwencol is also really interesting.
