Thoughts
It's obvious we have a logjam in the rotation; we will need to sort that out by attempting to dump as much of D-Lowe's salary as possible and trading Jurrjens, who is extremely injury prone. Let Medlen continue to work out of the pen as he did this year, and use him as a 6th starter if need be. Then let Teheran, Minor, and Delgado compete for the final 2 spots in spring training.
We also need to add a shortstop. Pastornicky is likely a year, probably less away; but I am still not convinced he will ever be an everyday shortstop at the big league level. Before the collapse, it was expected that A. Gonzalez would re-sign, but there will be better options on the trade market most likely.
Every other starter seems locked in. Prado and Heyward really need to bounce back. Prado needs to get healthy and Heyward likely needs a swing overhaul.
The entire bench is back minus a middle infielder.
The bullpen loses all the "veterans", which is a positive. A LOOGY will need to be signed or traded for. We will also need another dependable reliever to emerge, as Venters and Kimbrel will obviously need to be on limited innings early on to prevent a repeat of 2011.
Opening Day Projected Roster
T. Hudson
T. Hanson
J. Jurrjens
B. Beachy
M. Minor OR J. Teheran

There is still hope. If Fredi is somehow fired in the next few days, this season will be a net win in my book.
If not;

We need an ace, i know we have a bunch of depth, but I believe we should use some of that and get a top of the rotation starter. Not sure if they would be interested, but we should offer a big package and try to get King Felix here.

Guys we're not going to Fredi after a near 90 win season. Especially win we lost Hanson and Jurrjens for most of the 2nd half.
We all know he's to blame, but we also need to accept this is our reality at least through next year.
