Can LSUSmartass be released from purgatory..

He has been down nearly a month. Not sure what he's charged with, but i'd guess it has something to do with posters "provoking" him on the Rant.
The OT could use a little voice of reasoning at this time and Smartass has always been just that.

Chicken, I don't doubt that smartass might have gotten carried away. He does that. If I could get in touch with him I'd ask.

Fred is a top-notch admin...one of the best. If Fred thinks someone should stay suspended, chances are that user sucks arse...

I didn't know he was banned but after reading what he said, I understand why he is. I like Smartass but I can't defend what he said. I'm sure Chicken will let him back in when he thinks an adequate time has been served.

Why would an anonymous users reason for getting banned be such a secret? It would be very easy to post it in a way that wouldn't get you banned.
