CB: "The kid played a phenomenal game. He really did. He stepped up to the challenge, because we hadn't been doing good. Jarrett (Lee) did a lot of great things for us. I mean, he made a few mistakes here and there, but when Jordan got his chance he really showed up. That's going to lead to the fall, and he's got to step up to the challenge because of course he and Jarrett are still battling for the position. I give him (Jefferson) the edge because of the game he had, but Jarrett still wants to play quarterback. It's going to be a good competition."

I thought JL was 4th string?

FWIW, pretty much every LSU fan I know personally feels same as CBlack... myself included.

the bad things he did overshadowed the good

I feel much more comfortable with JJ at the wheel.

Lee obviously developed serious problems between the ears during the season, much like a golfer with a case of the shanks...however, he had stretches where he looked better throwing the ball than any RSFR in recent LSU history, particularly the slants and quick-ins. Time will tell if he develops the field recognition part, but if he does, I don't have any issues with him being on the field.

This is pretty much my sentiment.

Then why are you posting this? Because a vocal minority goes overboard about JL's weaknesses? Who cares. There are also some who go overboard about JL's strengths, but who cares? JJ is our starting QB right now, that is all that matters.

Or possibly 9, because we may not have lost to Bama or Georgia last year if JJ was qb.

Stop acting surprised. When fans are trying to talk about positive things, new commits, etc. Here comes this, again.

Could this be considered stalking or sexual harrassment by fan?

42 more days of this...or maybe the next 2 or 3 years...or possibly until the instigators die off.

I mean, let's be honest. Considering the talent around him, he played about as poorly as you cam play. But for some reason rantards hate talking about this.

Ummm, yeah, he couldn't even lead the comeback versus Troy, and you think he would have led us to wins versus Bama and Georgia?

its time for that What-If game I guess....

We were an 8-5 team last year simple as that...

What if RP would not have been retarded and stayed on team?
What if Miles had hired capable defensive coordinators?
What if Andrew Hatch had not gotten hurt?
What if some of pick 6 had only been INT?
What if receivers would have caught some of their drops?
What if Bryd had give 100% effort every play of every game?
What if our DB's had picked off a couple more instead of through their hands?
What if we used powerade instead of gatorade?

I am so glad for this thread. We've not ever had one where we could debate which QB is better, JL or JJ, have we??
