I think that video was a compilation that was a little tongue in cheek. But that guy made some pretty incredible shots. Damn.

Did you see how little muzzle rise there was in that glock 19 with the Hornady 115 grain??

Yeh, he made some fantastic shots especially those long pistol shots. The dual glock firing was funny though the was missing the target with the left hand by 6 ft.

My favorite for my .357 is either the buffalo bore loaded with a 158gr gold dot bullet, or the speer gold dot 158gr load. I really like the 158 gold dot bullet for a .357 mag. I've recovered a few bullets from both loads, and they were mushroomed exactly as advertised. The buffalo bore is a bit hot for protection, but it also shoots the best in my gun.

Another load I like is the hornady custom with a 158 XTP. It's a much tamer load that would actually probably be better than the two I listed above due to the lower velocity.

If my pistol is loaded for defense though, it's a 158 gr speer gold dot personal protection round.

Hornady Critical Defense or XTP is pretty good, Corbon, Federal HSP, Speer Gold Dot, Rem Golden Sabre, Win PDX1, cant go wrong with any of them

Based on watching almost all of this guys amazing ammunition test videos I will have to alter my earlier statement by taking Win PDX1 off of the list. I was surprised at how poorly they performed when shot thru 4 layers of denim and how easily the HP cavity plugged.

Consistently, regardless of caliber, the Hornady Critical Defense, Speer Gold Dot, Federal Hydra Shock or HST, Rem Golden Saber, and CorBon performed perfectly.
