I usually carry 2 knives and have one in my truck.

I have a nice survival knife in the truck, but like to keep my pockets empty. I prefer my Gerber multitool for outdoorsing it, anyway.

Never thought of a knife as a weapon. Just a very useful tool. Use mine more than once every day.
