Wouldn't the bad prop hub allow it to get high RPM's? I don't know much, but am willing to learn.

Yamaha limits engine speed agaInst damage for various reasons.

This.
Could be the T stat.

First check to make sure the fuel tank is venting.

When running, check the primer ball to see if it is not colapsing.

Check all inline fuel filters

Check all fuel fitting for air leaks

Check sparkplug gap

With plugs out, hook up the spark plug wire and leave out the plug, crank it over to check for spark. Do each one.

Have a good blue spark, then it can be the carbs. When rebuilding, did you set the bowl float right?

I cleaned the carbs first week of June. I only replaced 2 bowl gaskets. I didn't know I had to set the bowl float !!! I just took everything apart and reassembled in reverse. Engine ran like a bat out of hell after the cleaning.

Today the primer bulb WAS NOT colapsing. Fuel tank was venting..

Tell us what you have attempted to do to fix the problem?
You might not think you use ethanol but it wont be the first time you were lied to. You have spark plugs are good ignition is good. HMMMM AIR SPARK FUEL its that simple to make it go. Dont clean the carbs just take it to the dealer and give him 300.00
