Coonasses literally base their whole hunting seasons off of NLA lottery hunts. What a paradise they have!!

Some people do go to Tensas. In fact I know two people who hunt that do. Don't know anyone else that has even thought once about it. If you are travelling out of town to hunt, why not go to Illinois or something?

You've basically got some birds. We've got some birds. You've got deer. We've got deer. You don't have fishing. We have 14x more fishing. There, it's settled.

Outside of a little area, your deer hunting isn't anything to call home about.

Yea, I lay in bed at night and cry my eyes out when I miss the NLA lottery because SELA deer hunting is just so miserable.

Not sure which coonasses you've met but I've never done this and neither have any of the dudes I know who hunt.

I can drive no more than 45 minutes and be able to kill or catch anything LA has to offer. You can't do that anywhere else.

Didnt say you did. I know you have a private lease. But I have seen campsites completely full of coonasses for 20 something years now. So dont piss on my leg and tell me its showerin.

I had fun educated you coonasses and knuckleheads. I just went to maxwells market and got ribeye, chicken, blackened bacon wrapped shrimp skewers, broccoli, corn on the cob, pimento cheese, Edam cheese and im bout to go cook it all. I think we can all agree on that.

Team River Parish.. out!!

Look, if u look at opportunity there is nothing in NLA that we cant do in SLA. Plus we can add inshore and offshore fishing. So to mean that maked it better for outdoorsman in general.

You have saltwater fishing. It's awesome. Nothing else you have hunting wise is on the same level. Deal with it.

And with that, this is now the cooking and drinking thread.

I stayed up a little too late last night and drank all my Makers. I guess I need to go buy some more. Not sure what I want for supper.

Stupid yuppie Yankee, has to go to the store to have something to eat. Round these parts we kill or catch our meals. Wildlife is so scarce up yonder, y'all have to rely on them supermarkets and such.
