Where to buy a cheap AR lower locally?

So I'm in the Baton Rouge area. I did some searching, pickings are slim.
Jims doesn't have any, and list Anderson at $80 for their lowest price. Bass Pro/Cabelas has Anderson @ $70.
I checked Gun Genie, it appears I could get an ATI Milsport (7075 Aluminum, NOT polymer) for $55. I'm damn leery of that brand, I don't think I've ever heard anything good about them, and the reviews of their lowers aren't impressive.
I know, it's cheaper to buy online... but it isn't. I haven't found a decent FFL that wants to charge less than $20 per transfer.
At one point, Bayou Pawn used to sell PSA stuff without a transfer fee, but they got really pissy about it after a couple times. I think they quit, otherwise I would use them without hesitation.

Check BJ pawn, I am just not sure what they have right now but they are usually fairly priced and use to stock decent lowers.

Don't know about Cheap. But I'd would check out and see what they have.

Some Atwoods stores have Anderson stripped lowers for like $50.
It's a great deal, especially when you factor in no shipping/transfer fee.

I picked up some random lower from them awhile back, it works fine. They had it marked to $60 or so.
I don't need expensive, I really just want to find something with holes in the right place, and pick up a couple/three more.
