Where can I get soybeans to feed

I'm having a bear problem and I've read they don't care for soybeans to much so I'd like to get some soybeans to feed until about November once my food plots are up good. Where can I get soybeans between Baton Rouge and Hammond or somewhere along 55 or in the Vicksburg area?

Sorry, well it’s the best in the Tuscaloosa area.

Get the meal. Not the beans. Much easier for them to digest and utilise the protein.

I can sell them to you by the supersack if you decide you want a bunch. Same with corn. We are just south of marksville on La 1

What does the meal run for a 50lb bag?

I think about $30-35. It is highly concentrated. I believe like 47% protein. Blend it with something like soybean hulls, or rice bran, or DDGS. Something cheap and lower protein.
My favorite is to mix soybean meal (expensive) at about 25% along with DDGS (cheap), rice bran (cheap) and soybean hulls (almost free). That gives them protein, fat, carbs, and fiber.

all of the areas that you are talking about are pretty much in the hills...you need to find some delta ground and you can buy some from a farmer in the field. just drive up Hwy 65 from clayton to Tallulah until you see dust in the fields...then stop and ask.
ETA: depending on your location, you may want to just pick up a sack or two of rice bran to try out instead of corn.

Correct It is about a ton. Some a lil more or less depending on the sack.
We get a weight of your vehicle before we load the sack/sacks in truck or trailer then weigh again after. We use the co ops scale next door to us so it's certified and 3rd party.

Sanders got bought out by a larger conglomerate. They pretty much dropped everything hunting/game related.

Yeah, guy that was running the feed for sanders in tallulah opened his own shop (wood chip feed and seed as mentioned above). Good guys and have a wide variety of stuff.

Ponchatoula Feed and Seed has roasted soybeans in a 50# sack for around $20
