2011 F150 KR 4WD on stock 20's with 2.5" level?

Currently running 275/65 R20 BFG AT KO's which are roughly 34" x 11". It looks like I have room to fit a 35" diameter tire but 12.5" width looks like it would hit the UCA. I'm looking at 305/55R20 and 295/60R20. Any experience with those sizes? And what tire? I'm happy with what I got out of the BFG's. Also like the Cooper STT's.

I ran 35x12.50R20 Toyo open country M/t on my 2011 with a 2.5" leveling kit. It only rubbed the upper control arms at full turn.

35"x12.50's. They will rub at full turn but not enough to do any damage.
Cooper AT3's are the only answer

Thdy make 35x11.50r20 tires. You probably wouldn't rub.

Yeah I know, but I'm finding when I look at weird sizes the price goes up substantially.

Y'all got me seriously considering some 35x12.50's. Hmm...

I just bought Ridge Grapplers in that size, they were selling for like $278/each to the door.

Why woukd you want to rub? Not worth the extra width imo

Not trying to derail, but I'll be in the same boat soon. Currently running 275/65R20 Duratracs and 2.5" level with just over 50k miles on my 2012 F150. I'll make it through the rest of the summer but will be in the market for some new tires before next hunting season. I have been extremely happy with them and really like that they're E rated and only weigh a few more pounds than the stock Pirellis. Still trying to decide if I want to bite the MPG bullet and upgrade to more of a mud tire like the Trail Grappler or Open Country. I'm just not sure I want to spend almost $1500 on tires that won't last as long and will cause a drop in MPG. At least 75% of my driving is on the highway so I may go back with Duratracs. Life is full of tough choices.

Once my 35s wore down they were horrible to drive daily. They were loud, rode rough as hell, and killed my gas mileage. I couldn't get the stock tires back on fast enough. I'm over the oversized mud tires on a daily driver. It's just not worth the trade off just for the looks, but they do look so good.

If I decide to put tires on my new truck it will be all terrains and maybe one size over stock.

BB wheels online. DiscountTireDirect said they would match.

I ended up buying local because I didn't know if they would fit.

This.
I have 35" all terrains on my truck now only because that is how I bought it. They are aggresive for an all terrain and too loud for my taste since I put 30K+ miles on my truck yearly. Once these are toast I will go back to my 33" AT3's. I love that tire and its all I have rode on for the past 10+ years.

I'm really leaning toward just an A/T tire. I've had mud tires on trucks before and I know what you mean. I'm not the best at keeping up with rotating them and they can get out of whack quick.

Not quite as wide as the tires you're looking at, but I run 285/65 R20 BFG AT KO2's on my 2010 F150 and they have never rubbed.

I'd keep running what you're running. Tires filling up the whole wheel well don't look good to me, and BFG's are good as far as life goes. I get about 60K out of a set. I could drag it out to 75K, but I farm so I spend a lot of time off of pavement and I need that little bit of grip sometimes. They're not the best in mud, but they also don't roar going down the highway... Good all around tire.

I run a 295/65

You get a true 35" diameter with a slightly less wide tire at 11.7" which saves a lot of weight and no rub whatsoever.

I have a few friends who have cattle and keep slightly more aggressive tires on their 3/4 ton trucks. One has a newer f250 with the Toyo R/Ts and he seems to really like them. Not loud on the road and they work well in the mud (they get lots of mud time in their pastures.) He has the same stock size but I think when I need a new set I may move up a little on my f250. I am really curious to see how many miles he gets on them.
