What's the best way to help someone with a high fence?

Was invited to hunt at a high fenced area near my home to thin out the does. I've never seen so many once in a lifetime dear in my life.
After the hunt I had a good chat with the owner and he said I was welcome to bring my son ( 5 years old in January) up any time I want.
To continue to be on their good side for future visits, what are things that I should do or bring that would be helpful that they may not necessarily ask me to do?

Offer to help in offseason, fill feeders, repair fence, clean all the deer (not just yours), and maybe most importantly, show him you're having a good time and be appreciative.
Don't make him bringing you be extra work on him.

Bring food, pick up trash, notify landowner of anything that may be of concern, don't bring friends, be grateful. Sounds like a great opportunity.

bring a good q-beam with you "prefer the LED ones"

...and make damn sure you don't shoot a button buck.

Treat it like any other place a landowner will let you hunt.
Clean up after yourself
Offer meat from anything you kill
Ask what you can and can't kill
Help with repairs, feeding, breeding etc
Don't overstay your welcome

Also, don't try to bang his wife or daughter.
P.S. Don't tell him you post on TD

tell him you're from the OB and that carson sent you...
if he asks for the password, it's "tino"
if he asks for a secondary password, there isn't one, ala Eyes Wide Shut

I can understand repairs and feeding but is it really necessary for him to help with breeding? If so pics aren't necessary.

Fences get messed up by trees ALL of the time. Offer to ride around the property and check out the fence, taking notes of what the deer are doing on the way. shite, I'd even make up some stuff about seeing big buck tracks in an area.
Make your son talk to him and whatnot. I know I hunted for free until I was 23 on my dad's lease because I did a lot of off season work and the guy running it saw me grow up for 10 years. Kind of took me under his wing.
Good time to introduce your son to the woods while not hunting also. He might appreciate it more.
Bring some stuff to bbq one time. High fence areas are $$$. Maybe you can get in on the cheap if you get on his very good side.
