Decent setup for a bait shack. Do you have a scale like existing square footage or new build estimated square footage?

Personally, I think creating your own franchise bait shacks is a pretty solid idea. Extremely low overhead and much more market capture. If a spot gets too busy you build/lease to handle the amount of customers.

Retail space about 12 by 16. Small. Existing.

I have purchased all of the above at a bait shop at some point in my life. Except a trailer hub.
