Active Spring Retention for a can? For bigger stuff that really counts I have Precision Instruments split-beam and dial-type wrenches. For smaller fasteners and screws I have several torque drivers from Capri, Proto, and Wheeler. For stuff in-between I have Craftsman, Kobalt, Gear Wrench, and AC Delco clicker and digital torque wrenches. Without knowing exactly what you are trying to do and how much torque it requires there isn't much advice that can be given.

Yeah, I look at those but don’t really find the wrenches that they’re using. So I started with the experts.

I’m screwing on a brake to the end of the barrel and then screwing a silencer co suppressor on over it. I think they’re calling for 20-30 pounds of torque.

I’m fairly certain that I used my calibrated forearm for the first few I put on

The last one I did, I used a regular old torque wrench with a crows foot.

Sounds like being very precise isn't a big deal, could just go to Lowes and get a Craftsman 3/8" clicker for $60.

You’ll need a crowd foot wrench too. Harbor freight has cheap sets.

Ok, I put a magpul wrench on it with five spacers and roksett. Looks like it’s about right.

You'll need a crowfoot wrench for it and you'll need to make sure you set it perpendicular to the wrench handle to get the correct torque value you set otherwise you'll have to do some extra math. Clearance with the head of the torque wrench can become an issue with what you are trying to do so a short extension would help.
