Anyone brine the duck before whole frying or does that create to much water in the bird creating dangerous popping in the grease when you put it in?

Same way as everything else.
Brown the hell out of it
Put in onions and cook them down
Add Garlic at some point
Add golden cream of mushroom and water
Bloop bloop bloop
Cook some rice
