A guy I know, wants me to help him sell off his collection, extremely high end weapons. He's going through a divorce and he needs the money for the settlement.

Thanks in advance for any help!
I will be putting a list on here as soon as possible, but it may take a few days, just because of the number of items he has.
Please be patient with me.

GunBroker but its auction based would be a good place to start...if he needs cash fast he may want to sell them quicker than that.

In Houston we have a place called "Collectors Firearms" that deals in this type of thing, maybe there is something like that in your area.

If he would take just one of those relics and sling the bullet through her head, he can keep those guns.

I'm kidding, don't try to sell them here.

We would like to see a list though.

We are going to do an inventory,Saturday. I will post a list after we do that.

I have never seen a collection like what this guy has.His vault is bigger than my bedroom, and packed full of everything from rare colt 1911s to probably 50 Belgium Brownings( many never fired still have boxes),all types of military weapons, custom shotguns,etc..

I'd be interested in seeing a list of these firearms. Cash in hand but not going to pay retailer pricing.

What type of guns? For double barrels I would check list on Double Gun Shop. Free to list but each sell you need to donate $10 to the site...

Would he be so kind as to give us first shot at them? And then he could list what doesn't sell here after a week?

You know, by taking cash from one of us, in theory there could be a receipt written for ANY amount. That could come in handy if it's community property and he has to split the amount down the middle with the ex.

Say someone bought one for $1000 cash....but a receipt was "accidentally" written for $500 on the deal.....ex only pockets 2fiddy

Sure do hate to see a man sell his guns for a divorce.

But it would be nice to see the list.
