its in the original plans and was deferred to the next phase after they collected several years of tolls to help build up funds for it.
its going to join up to the 4 lane in golden meadow just north of the flood gates.

How about a ticket for 1 of your 2 license plate lights being out on the back of your truck. How many of you honestly know both are working right now? Or if you even have 2 lights.
