If you watch Military Arms Channel, you'll see that polymer-framed handguns are more likely to suffer from limp wristing issues than metal framed ones. He compares a Glock 19 to a Sig P226 in his video and shows that he could not intentionally limp wrist the Sig. But he could make it happen with the Glock.
It can happen with any gun. It all comes down to shooting form. If you shoot with the same form every time, the chances of you having a limp wrist failure is slim. I've personally never had one.
