Did a prime rib and loaded mash for lunch from a mini 3lb rib roast. Was legit

Pan fried specks, pan seared new pots and baby spinach salad. A nice white while cooking with a decent red with the meal.

Ha I was at work so I had all the nessesary tools. Once worked for a chef who said presentation can make them believe they’ll love it before a bite.

made chicken and sausage gumbo last night drinking buffalo trace, should be good for lunch as soon as I get back to camp, then pack up and head to the house...
