Had to stop and tell this: A friend told me about a young man that drove around in his old truck with a pet geauxt in the seat. This was down in Franklin Parish, Wisner, I believe.
The guy had a speech impediment and had trouble with his "g"s.
He would pull up to a girl and ask her to go for a ride and usually got turned down.
One day, he stopped and asked a lovely to go for a ride. When she agreed he opened the door and hollered, DED OUT DEAUXT. DET IN DIRL!!!
Supposed to be true. Or did you used to ride with a guy like that?

i don't know him, but, I have a very similar true story. know a guy from log cabin that had a pig in the front seat and got pulled over by the state boys for speeding. he threw a blanket around the pig and a hat over it's head. when trooper walks up and asks him why he was going so fast, he tells him that he was trying to get his sick girlfriend to the er. the pig picks that time to kinda grunt,,, but the trooper let him and his girlfriend go. we've called him "oink" for 25 years.
