Thinking about buying a used ATV to leave at the camp for guests to use or for when I don't bring the Polaris.
Should I be looking Honda? What year models?
Prolly looking at 2k max budget. Can I find something good in that range?

I bought a 2001(I believe) Yamaha Grizzly about a couple years ago for 2200. Runs like a top. Check oil for water, test drive and shift all the way through for gears, etc.

wow, i literally JUST had this conversation with my buddy while at the camp today. But told him i was looking for an old timberwolf for $800 or so to leave at the camp for when i dont wans load trailer and the ranger up to haul.

I have one that I bought new way back in 1990 I think. Still runs like a champ. Only problem, no brakes, but I am sure it would be a easy fix. Only problems I had with it over the years, I had to change one front bearing and a knuckle in the real end shaft. I don't use it and it has been parked about 7-8 months now from the last time I ran it. It doesn't have a battery, so I have to pull start it. Looks like hell, but still a very good bike. Will sell for $400 if one of y'all want it. I do have all paperwork on it.
