I thought it was fake too, until I saw the Croc shoes.

She says the service road but I am pretty sure there are lines painted on it. I'm gonna pass there today and check it out.

when i lived in Thailand, I was walking down the road kinda drunk one night in our little neighborhood deal and there was a big log in the street...
I stepped on the log as I walked over it and my foot slipped off as it moved. Holy shite, it was about a 15 ft long python. Scared the shite out of me.
Saw another one a few weeks later that was about 10 feet.

I cant imagine living in areas that have these ultra huge pythons and boas living in the wild like that. Bet dogs go missing left and right

First victim has been found.
I rode down the service road and it looks like it could've been from that road. No white lines, and there were several areas that looked like in the video.

That's a bigass Boa right there, baw. I would pay good money for the chance to catch a fricker like that in the wild - though I'm sure that one is pretty tame since it had to be a pet (though a pet with a taste of freedom). I'm guessing it didn't escape - it probably just outgrew it's owner and they didn't want to fool with it anymore (unless, obviously, someone reported it missing).
ETA: Raceland is like heaven for a snake hunter (i.e., snake catcher). In dental school I had a patient from there. I made the long drive down there and she and her cousin took me on an hour-long trek through the swamp to see a Bald Eagle's nest. I made several trips back in subsequent years and caught many a snake and several small gators. It was like heaven to me - some of the most memorable experiences of my lifetime. On one trip we saw over two dozen Cottonmouths (I've posted pics on here before from that trip). That snake will be a happy camper if he can survive the winter.
