Upcoming winter weather prediction

Jay Grimes is saying a normal winter as far as temps, whatever normal means, but northern La,Ms, and Arky should be wetter than normal. Wish some of that wet would come further south. Praying for a good high pressure front with lots of rain every Sunday till the end of Jan
