Fried chicken thighs, mashed taters and gravy, roasted asparagus, peppers and onions. Used Granny's recipe, soaked the thighs in buttermilk, the whole nine yards. It tasted so close to hers, I was waiting for her ghost to smack the wife in the back of the head for talking back to me.
