I can think of a lot better things to do w tree mill.

I talked to my grandpaw about rental properties, but he's too old and over that. He has only two commercial buildings left.
I would love to come into some money and buy a mess of them and then start a property management company as well. Manage mine and a few other people's. then start a few small other jobs on the side.

It is, but its not too bad. My grandpaw had over 30 trailers at one time, so I've seen the worst of the worst,
