. Our workout used to be slinging bales of hay. First you threw them on the trailer, hauled them a couple miles down the road then threw them off the trailer. Didn't need all this fancy goofy looking shite. Them girls gonna think pissing their britches when they throw that hundredth bail of hay.

Did good to clear $20 a day too. I would pray for rain so I could go fishing instead.

That's not really my thing. I'm used to working out alone and I do pretty good with that.

I've more of just a curiosity about crossfit. More curious nature gets me in trouble sometime so not sure if I should try it or not.

You should defiantly try it. I had never joined a gym before and I like it a lot. I go MWF'S at 6:30a

Hell, that's my wheelhouse. I had a 32 no kip pullup max 2 years ago. Not quite that high now though.

I started trying to make them more challenging like around the world pull-ups, levers, L pull-up, and even one handed pull-ups.

It's really good actually. I can walk I the marsh now and not feel like my chest is about to explode.


It also allows me to drink more!

I wish I could make myself wake up and work out in the morning. I just do it after work instead.

Wish I could. I don't leave the office until 6:00 most days and I'm too damn tired to work out. I just want to eat and go to sleep.
