Hire Gus McCray and Woodrow Call. Get this shite settled in a proper manor.

This guy is a piece of shite.
I'd contact DWF through the HQ. Don't frick around with the local division. Obviously, they already think they have some pull.
Guy needs to arrested and lose his job.

I gotta disagree with ya on this point Diesel. I don't want anybody, game wardens included, on my property w/o my permission or probable cause to suspect a crime is or is about to be committed.
Flip side of the coin is the LDWF have more power than any state law enforcement agency. I know this is Copia County, MS but the wardens probably have the same power. You can always call the warden but I don't want a renegade bastard roaming my property at will.
If I were in this situation I'd take action and have his arse held accountable.

Just get the dudes name and number and turn it over to the State officials.
Do not pass go, do not collect 100 dollars.
There is ZERO reason for him to go tampering with your shite.
I would also mention the guys that KNEW of the situation and showed up at your place writing horseshite tickets, I would let it be very WELL known, and that if any other tickets are written on your property by any of their agents you will escalate it to whoever is over that department in MS. A letter to your State Rep would be in order as well. Put an end to this shite quick fast and in a hurry.
Let all those bastages have it with both barrells, you got pics and a confession of other game wardens of their knowledge of theft and inaction.

Tigerdropping has no ends. He may or a friend of his may be posting in this thread. Trying to get your info. I would keep the rest of it close to the vest. If yall are leasing the Land I would go have a talk with the Land Owner. My family has had many fights with Mississippi WLF. There are very sketchy. If you want to hunt in MS with out trouble I would let it go. If not be ready to get stopped multiple times all over the state you will be marked. Trust me on that.

Huh?
They are already showing up and writing tickets, and "informing" him of the others that could be written.
And this is from doing nothing,
Either be prepared to let them erode your lease away, or kick em in the nuts.

Im telling you, they are like a Klan. They will frick you up all over the state.
I would be setting up traps. Especially if its just 2 of them on the Lease. People would be getting fricked.
OP if you have enough money I would get internet service up there and get wireless cameras that you can access over the web. We have some for our barn that we can access anywhere.

Wow...sticky situation to put it mildy. I remember reading part 1 of this story and trying to wrap my mind around
1. What kind of man would tap something like that
2. How the hell did this morons pic end up on your camera
My take on this is obviously this guy isnt too bright. He obviously likes something that he has seen on your land or he wouldnt be there in the first place. Logic says hes after your deer. He probably just stumbled on your gear as a bonus. Dont underestimate the corruption in any state department. Even if he is WLF he shouldnt be checking out whats on your cameras. Further proof he is an idiot is he didnt even mark what tree he took the camera from. Just plain sloppy. You know of 2 times that he has been on your lease - imagine how many times hes been there without you knowing. I would turn this over to the main office of MS WLF and hope to never see him again. If you make trouble there is no telling what kind of trouble he and his buddies can make for you. All i can say is to take extra steps to secure your gear and put out some new cameras in different spots to try and catch this guy in the act. Hopefully this incident will make him think twice about what he is doing - but then again idiots do surprising things. If you cant live with the fact that this guy is out there probably hunting the same land for the same deer as you then i would try to find a new lease. Dont let some jackass ruin something that should be a source of enjoyment. Whatever you decide, dont let this guy ruin your season. Good luck!

his way out:
he could state that he had a tip that new guys had the lease and that he herd you were illeagaly baiting deer, went to invistgate, saw your camera and took the card thinking it had pictures of you putting out corn, hunting over corn, etc, or that he knew the camera took a picture of him and he did not want you to know you were on to him so he switched cards.
it is his way out, be carefull and dont show up to a gun fight with a knife

shite just got real, that game warden is a trespassing thieving piece of shite abusing his power, no wonder what other types of illegal activity he is up to

I hope this crooked dude gets slammed on this. I was hoping to be able to help through working at LDWF. But having the DA of Copiah County is a lot better

The only game warden I know around Hazelhurst lives off of Sumrall Road by that Lake....Forgot the name of it, but it feeds into Turkey Creek.
Posted on 12/6/10 at 9:29 pm to LSUTiger205
This is almost hard to believe, a game warden snooping around on your property knows he gets his picture taken, then proceeds to tamper with your camera and steal your card, comes onto your land and writes your boy a chickenshit ticket? I would bet my arse he is the one who stole your other camera after getting busted sneaking around with no cause and getting his picture taken again, after fricking up last time he probably just took the whole camera.
Posted on 12/6/10 at 9:31 pm to Captain Aubrey
I know of people around our place in N. MS. who have had their cards taken from their cameras when having the cameras out over corn. They believe that the GW's are doing it to "warn" them that they know that they have corn out at times they shouldn't.
