So in the area we are talking about what defines the natural bank of the MSRiver?

Doesn't matter. The landowner has title to property situated landward of "the natural bank"and (whatever that is) and his ownership includes the bed of the river, all the way out to the thread.

At that point the State of Louisiana owns the bed of the river, from the thread all the way over to the opposite side (right descending bank, or "west bank") of the river (up to the ordinary low water line). As you head "west" (landward) from the ordinary low water line on the right/west bank, the riparian (private) owner has title to the land.

That the Marine is actually one of the nicest guys you’ve ever met, even when he writes tickets.
If he ever has to raise his voice there’s a legit reason and he tries his best to de escalate a situation, but he’s not a pushover.
Heck he offers water, and nabs to people.
I’m sure with all the citations they wrote Saturday he offered tissues.
I’ve even seen him pick up trash at boat ramps.
Even prayers for everyone and asks for nothing in return.
