Mine were pretty bad. They had to break them up before they could extract them. I was doped up and slept the day. Took one Lortab the next day and no medicine after that. Face swole up like a balloon and eating sucked for a few days. Other than that, it ain't too bad.
My wife is getting hers out after this baby, and I'm sure it'll be a MUCH worse experience.

Recovery time varies. I couldn't eat solid food for a day. Nursetyger couldn't eat solid food for a week.

Wisdom teeth are funny. Some people have zero to no post-op problems 24 hrs later, some people are miserable for up to a week. If they are erupted its an easy procedure for the most part, they roll right out. If they're impacted you gotta do some cutting. Mine were completely impacted, and I went out the night of surgery, and played 4 soccer games in a tournament the next 2 days fwiw. No pain, but I swole up like a chipmunk.

I ate Popeyes the next day. I had zero post op issues.
