Most of my friends are cops.. Mostly State Troopers.. Several of us have type 1 personalities, but I understand where he is coming from.. I demand customer service when I go in a place of business and I strive to help everyone, but I am only one person and can only do so much.

The reason that I posted on this even though it's 8 months old is that How people are treated in my store is IMPORTANT to me. I want everyone to have a great experience here. I didn't open this store to be just another gun store. One dissatisfied customer is one too many. It's not a money thing, it's a matter of personal pride in my shop, my name, and it's just what is right. I will always try my best to do the right thing.

I don't blame you feller, I'd do it too. Btw, most of us try and support local independents when we can. Reading this thread reminded me that I actually called/texted broke and told him if he went to your place to pick me up a pair of the lowers. I don't think he could get by there that week, but I'm a long ways away and tried to do bidness with you.

Also, feliciana tiger fan is an ok feller, he can be a bish, but he has a bad rash that flares up occasionally,, but, it ain't nothing you can catch.

Like I said before. I've heard nothing but great things about you and your business. I know for a fact you'll have all my father in laws business. He speaks highly of you and loves the AR you sold him. I have several friends that have also came to your defense when I mentioned my bad experience. Nobody listens to my grumpy arse so you have nothing to worry about as far as your reputation.

I'm not worried about my reputation. I'm worried because I didn't take care of you while you were in my store.. It was my fault. I apologize sincerely, and want to make up for it. Come see me..

If it's a gun to carry, Glock.. a lot lighter and high capacity. If it's a gun to go target practice and enjoy shooting.. 1911..
