Haven't read yet but I've had so much stolen over the years its ridiculous. It's stopped lately since the meth heads around my camp have killed themselves off.

HART COUNTY, Ga. -- A theft ring, that investigators said was based in Anderson, was busted in Hartwell, Ga., according to the Hart County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators were at the scene of the bust on Memorial Road off Royston Highway in Hartwell Thursday afternoon. Detectives said tips led them to the field.

The large field was literally filled with boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, guns and other goods, including a Jet Ski that was stolen in 2009.

Hart County Sheriff Mike Cleveland said he's never seen this much stolen property in one place in his life.

Sheriff’s investigators said that they found nearly $300,000 in stolen merchandise in the field.

Thursday afternoon, owners were showing up at the field to claim their stolen property. Some of them said they never expected to see their stolen property again and they were shocked by the amount of stolen vehicles and goods.

Two weeks ago, deputies made 23 arrests in dozens of thefts they say were connected to the ring. Investigators said they are still looking for one suspect.

Deputies said the goods were stolen in South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina.

Not personally, but I know a guy that had 2 rods/reels stolen out of his boat (1 was a brand new curado combo) when he went inside of Cajun Fast Mart in Carlyss to get breakfast sandwhich.

Not necessarily outdoor related but for the LSU/Western Kentucky game someone stole some shite from right next to the motorhome. Brand new purple and gold double burner cook top, new double basket fryer and new propane bottle. Pieces of shite even took the table, dirty pots, and spoons that were on the table. fricking assholes.

ETA: A few years back there was a huge problem with ATVs, lawnmowers, tractors and other equipment going missing from this area. The parish had a few excavators and bulldozers that they were using to clear out some ditches about 100 yards from the house. Someone stole the bulldozer. Come to find out it was an area cop that was involved in a big theft ring that was stealing equipment and shipping it to Texas/Mexico.

Yea was a huge warehouse in Tx that was filled with stolen equipment from Miss, La, Arky, and TX. They had another found in Miss. Same type thing. No doubt with the money sportsmen spend on their hobbies that they will have the expensive stuff people will want to steal. What gets me is how someone can own a 4wheeler, deerstands, feeders, cams, etc. but then go steal someone else shite. Knowing that they could easily be stolen from too.

Two stands one weekend before this season started.

Had to be the pipeliners.

One single lean to.

One double lean to.

I hate thieves.

I had my blind bag stolen out of the back of my truck. The part that sucked the most is that my calls were in my bag with all 7 of my fricking bands on my lanyard. They could have taken everything in my bag if they would have only left my bands. Those cocksucking, bottom feeding, shite stain on societies underpants, mother frickers.

When I was a kid, we had our 3 wheeler stolen out from under our carport the night before hunting season opened.

We started a new hunting camp on a brand new lease a few years ago. About a week after we got the camp trailers set up and furnished someone broke in and stole everything out of them (which wasn't much). We set up some box stands not far from a gravel road. Someone pulled right up to one of the stands, cut the legs off at the ground and drove away with it.

Needless to say the people in the area weren't the most pleasant neighbors
