Just out of sight of Mr. Balls place then put it in the ditch.

Or one of those recycled turd vegan places that are all the rage these days.

Do you know how many gallons your tank is?

That's a pretty fair price for a typical 500 gal tank around SE Texas.

You may need to have your field lines jetted out now. Letting your septic tank fill until it backs up is a bad thing. That allows solids to get pushed up into the field lines and ruining them.

It's against the law in most of TX to jet out your field lines anymore...your system gets condemned and you have to go in with a high-dollar aerobic system.

Have a handyman or anybody who is NOT a septic person or a plumber do any jetting.

Always pump out your tank every 5 years.

You could always just run a hose from your shite tank to your neighbor's ditch and do it yourself.

$50 was a fair price if it is local,10 years ago so double that now I would say.
Used to have to have it done once a year. Mine is aerobic system.

I don't. I assume it's about 500 gal but I don't know that for sure.

How old is it?
Actual septic tank or Modad?
Does you tail line drain to a ditch or filter bed?

I would check the tail line. Maybe just plugged or roots in it. It will take years for a septic tank to fill with solids.

I know of one on Bee Bayou Road. I don't like them, but they do it. I know the guy on River Road puts them in as well, but not sure if he sucks them out. I think there is another guy in RayVegas that puts them in too, but also unsure of the sucking out part. Email me. lynyrdtd@gmail.

I'm sure big stew has laid one down there a time or 2 himself. That can't help matters.

Mine was full and I noticed the pump light was off. The breaker on my septic tank was tripped.

I turned the breaker on, turned the pump to test and held in the button until my sprinklers came on. Then I flipped switch to auto and about 30 minutes later the tank was below the sprinkler auto line.

My breaker trips occasionally. Takes a few minutes for the pump to catch up. Balls probably has a natural outfall. No pump.
