Yep, but I don't have a dog. Just hafta walk em up and be ready, which I hardly ever am. Cover is mighty thick up on the mountain and them grouse is harder to kill than stompin' a roach bug hemmed up in a corner.

I know the Shrubberman is probably laughin at these! He has frosts that are deeper than this snow, but when you're stuck, you're stuck...

Un uh man. That stuff is usually when you do get stuck. Usually the first snows of the year are the worst for us. I feel your pain. First snow of '11 I did a 360 on the road to town.

roger, how much of your time are you "stuck" inside your house due to snow, etc.?

got stuck in a huge fricking mudd pit when I went inspect a vacant house in denham last week. Put it in drive and punched it, then in reverse and did the same thing. Mustve sunk 2 1/2 feet and had mudd everywheres.. on top of the car, all over the windshield.. I was in my rental since my car is still in the shop. Tried calling my hubs but didnt even have reception.. FML

So finally, some guy saw me and stopped to help.. What a nightmare

Eh, never really stuck. There are probably 3-4 days a year (weekends) they don't plow the roads and we elect to stay home. City and State do a good job keeping the main roads driveable. My road is probably the worst in town, except the one that has a two mile avalanche path.

Now these roads are impassable at times.

Thane Rd avalanche (NSFW possibly, due to sexual sounding comments)
